12th December 2017 Le Mans theme for 2018 Castle Combe Autumn Classic. There will be a flavour of Le Mans at the seventh Castle Combe Autumn Classic, which is confirmed for Saturday 6 October.
10th October 2017 AWESOME SIGHTS AS F1 RETURNS TO CASTLE COMBE. It has been 20 years since a modern Formula 1 car last raced at the Castle Combe circuit and most spectators believed they would never see such beasts at their local track again.
This very successful class-based Championship's big attraction is the wide diversity of eligible cars capable of being competitive. Whilst the nimble front wheel drive hatches have traditionally been favourites there is now a competitive group of turbocharged cars featuring in the results.
Virtually any Saloon Car, Sports Car, GT Car, Bike engine Car, Silhouette or Touring Cars can race competitively for the Championship in one of 5 classes with the outright Championship being able to be won from any class.

Bikes at Castle Combe Circuit. The very first ever race at Castle Combe Circuit was a motorcycle race which opened the circuit’s history back in 1950 and a year later in 1951 the first dedicated bike meeting took place, but it is possible that that motorcycling actually allowed the circuit to progress into the popular track it now is over 65 years later!
